When the tools are ahead of the shared practice

Turn AI experiments
into team progress.

When useful discoveries stay with individuals and reviews pile up, more tools alone won’t help. We help your team build the skills and shared practices to move forward together.

Let AI move the work.
Keep people directing it.

Why learn with Twenty Ideas?

We work this way.
And keep learning.

Building products since 2014. Applying AI before the current LLM wave. Adapting our own team’s practices as the tools change.

Advice tested in our own work.

We build DevSwarm for sibling company 21st Idea Inc. Our team uses it to coordinate AI agents, checks and human review.

Before we begin

Make the next
step a useful one.

What happens in a coaching session?

Start with a real task and its constraints. Work through it together: give the AI useful instructions, inspect what it produces, and decide what needs a check or a different approach. Capture a worked example the team can use again.

What does our team keep?

Worked examples, decisions and guidance from the work we do together. We agree the deliverables with you before the engagement.

Who controls the tools and the work?

Your people retain judgment and review responsibility. Together we agree tools, data access and what AI can do. We also agree participation, the time commitment with your manager, and what is shared with the sponsor. No hidden individual rankings.

Do we need an assessment or DevSwarm first?

No. Start with training or coaching if you know where help would be useful. An assessment is optional, and DevSwarm adoption is not required. We agree scope, price, participation and schedule before paid work begins.
