Room to play.
Doodle-offs, puzzles and an extensive collection of Slack emojis have all been part of our company story. Small moments matter alongside the bigger projects.
Careers / Twenty Ideas
We are interested in people who ask useful questions, care about their craft and make the people around them better.

Life at Twenty Ideas
We care about the work. We also make room for the people doing it: their questions, their lives and the things that make a team feel like a team.

A thoughtful disagreement can improve a product. We value people who explain their reasoning, listen closely and change their minds when they learn something.
We care about sustainable work and the people beyond the screen. Working arrangements and benefits belong in a specific role conversation, with clear details.
The work behind the work
A useful product takes more than a good handoff.
Strategy, design and engineering shape the same decisions here. We look for people who can explain their thinking, listen to the people using the product and help a teammate see a better way forward.
You might be mapping a care workflow, making a learning tool clearer or shaping how developers work with AI. The context changes. The responsibility to understand it stays.
See the kinds of problems we work onStrong opinions. Room to change your mind.
AI, with people in charge
We use AI in our work and build DevSwarm ourselves. That makes this a place to participate in what comes next.
We value the person who asks whether a result is useful, accurate and ready. Tool fluency matters. So do taste, empathy, careful review and knowing when to take a different approach.
How our own practice shapes DevSwarm
A team with a history
Twenty Ideas has been building software since 2014, with Oregon locations and a Thailand affiliate. Our published workplace recognition includes Oregon Business’s 100 Best Companies in 2024 and Lane County’s Best Place for Working Parents in 2025.
Recognition matters when it reflects the experience of working together. These are dated acknowledgments of that effort, alongside a longer story of people building useful things together.
Our team spans the United States and Thailand. Clear communication, respect for another person’s context and thoughtful collaboration matter across that distance.
Let’s get to know each other
If you think we could do good work together, we’d like to get to know you.
Tell us what you enjoy doing, what you would like to learn next and the kind of work you hope to contribute. A project, portfolio or code sample can help us understand your approach.
